Welcome to the SAINT Survey Page.

SAINT - (Systemic Analyser in Network Threats) is a research project funded by the European Commission. The project's aim is to examine the problem of failures in cyber-security using a multidisciplinary approach that goes beyond the purely technical viewpoint.

The SAINT surveys aim to deliver a comparative analysis of cybercrime victims and stakeholders within a framework of qualitative social science methodologies using valuable evidences to gain advance knowledge on privacy issues, economics, and Deep Web practices.

Early in June 2017 partners from the SAINT Consortium got the chance to present the project to the IoT Week in Geneva. Between the 6th and 9th of June many interesting speeches and presentations were given in relation to the latest developments and innovations in IoT domain.

Economics of Cybersecurity: SAINT project Kick-off Meeting

On May 4th and 5th 2017 the consortium members of the SAINT project had their first physical meeting. Organized by the National Center for Scientific Research “Demokritos”, (coordinator of this endeavor) the 2-day meeting was held in Athens at NCSR “Demokritos” premises. The Project Officer Mr. Markus Müller (EC REA) attended the meeting giving helpful insights and guidelines to all partners.
